The information about sanctuary cities is not centralized, which is why it is hard to find.  Arlington and Chesterfield Counties meet the criteria for a sanctuary city.  Charlottesville is considering becoming one in light of the recent executive order.

As you can tell, part of the reason that it is difficult to inventory sanctuary cities is because there is no rigid definition.
